Terms of Service

Verbact is a product operated by SUMIRAI SOLUTIONS. By accessing or using Verbact, you agree to these terms.
Service use
You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and obtaining any consent required before recording or transcribing other people. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Paid access, usage limits, billing periods, and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is disabled. Disabling renewal does not normally end access before the current paid period expires.
Cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes
You may disable renewal at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that date. You will not be charged for the next billing period. We do not prorate a subscription charge or provide a partial-period credit or refund solely because you cancel during a paid period.
We refund duplicate or incorrect charges. You may also request a refund within three calendar days of an initial subscription charge or renewal if you have not materially used the allowance granted by that charge. Consumed top-ups and materially used subscription periods are not normally refundable, except where required by law or where we failed to provide the purchased service. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Contact support@verbact.com before opening a bank or card dispute when practical so we can investigate quickly. If a dispute is already open, the payment will be handled through Dodo Payments and the card network. We do not issue a second refund for the same charge, and access, top-ups, or referral benefits tied to a refunded or charged-back payment may be removed.
Availability and output
Transcription is automated and may contain errors. You should review important output. Service availability can be affected by networks, browsers, third-party providers, and maintenance.
Account enforcement
Access may be restricted or suspended for unpaid subscriptions, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
